  • Day-1 Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi +

    On reaching Varanasi, the representative of the retreat will welcome you and take you to your place of stay. Once you have checked in, unwind and bask in the calm environment. During the night, also make a soft stroll at the ghats and observe the spiritual energy of the city. The retreat includes a brief orientation program that presents you to the timetable and practice of the retreat. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

  • Day-2 Day 2: Yoga and Ganga Aarti Experience +

    Wake up by early morning yoga and pranayama at the banks of Ganga River. The quiet sunrise contributes to focus and awareness.
