Day-1 Kerala Arrival and Ayurvedic Orientation.
Visitors come to Cochin International Airport, where they are very hospitably received and transported to a classical Ayurvedic wellness resort situated in the midst of the Kerala green countryside or backwaters. Upon reaching the premises, visitors check into their tranquil room that is at peace with nature. The tranquility of the environment is an instant way of getting the body to slow down and unwind. During the afternoon, the guests can visit the Ayurvedic doctor in-house to have a detailed consultation with pulse diagnosis, lifestyle check, dietary patterns, and dosha imbalance check. According to this, a Panchakarma treatment and diet plan is made to be personalized. The evening will involve a mild yoga and breathing to dispel the travel exhaustion, a light Ayurvedic dinner, and early sleep to enable the body to acclimatize to the healing program.
-
Day-2 Yoga Awakening, Panchakarma Awakening
On the second day, one starts with sunrise yoga in an outdoor yoga shala, which has views of palm trees or water canals. It is a practice that is centered on the slow stretches, the motions of the joints and the conscious breathing to bring the body into a wakeful state. Then, after breakfast, the guests get down to starting their initial Panchakarma treatments, which usually involve Abhyanga (herbal massage in sync) and Swedana (medicated steam bath). The afternoon will be devoted to total rest, herbal teas, and silence, which will give the body an opportunity to react to detoxification. Evening guided meditation initiative is aimed at grounding and relaxation to reduce the nervous system and deep sleep.
-
Day-3 Deep Cleansing and Backwater Experience
By the third day, the body starts to go into deeper detoxification. Morning yoga consists of easy twists, sitting poses, and pranayama, which facilitates digestion and elimination. Panchakarma therapies proceed to Njavarakizhi or Pizhichil based on the needs of an individual in order to cleanse the body, further gaining energy to the muscles and the joints. Guests receive a backwater canoe ride after lunch and rest which gives them an idea on the traditional village life of Kerala, the waterways, and the bird life. It is a deliberately sluggish and non-vigorous activity, which does not disrupt the recovery process but still improves mental relaxation. The night is then capped with yoga nidra that takes the guests into a physical and mental state of complete rest.
-
Day-4 Refreshing Period and Herbal Garden Walk
A gradual transition to rejuvenation goes on on day four. Yoga in the morning is a little more invigorating and is centered around soft-bodied strength-based poses and balance. The therapies of panchakarma now stress on restoration and support of the nervous system which can be used to rejuvenate the system after purification. Later in the afternoon, guests can be taken on a led herbal garden walk around or through the resort, as Ayurvedic specialists give them an explanation on the medicinal value of the local plants and herbs, which are used during treatments. This experience enhances the knowledge of Ayurveda on relation with nature. The evening will consist of Ayurvedic lifestyle lecture on daily life, seasonal eating, and stress control and then meditation on emotional balance and cognizance.
-
Day-5 Emotional healing, & Beach visit
The emotional healing and integrating mind-body balance is highlighted on the fifth day. Morning yoga involves heart-opening poses, slow flows as well as long pranayama to dissipate accumulated emotional tension. The treatments on this day are very relaxing like the Shirodhara, in which warm herbal oil is carefully poured on the forehead to soothe the mind and be free of anxiety, insomnia and mental exhaustion. Later in the evening, the guests go on a brief tour to a local small beach in Kerala, where they can walk on the beach barefoot, hear the waves or just sit and relax. This is a natural ocean therapy that improves emotional grounding. At the end of the day, there will be a reflective meditation and a light dinner.

Day-6 Final Consultation and Departure Day
The last day of the Ayurveda Panchakarma & Yoga Tour starts with the serene sunrise yoga and meditation time so that the guests can take at least one more moment to enjoy the calmness they have achieved during the journey. Following breakfast, the guests meet with the Ayurvedic doctor in the concluding consultation, where the progress is discussed, and individual advice is given on what to eat, the daily routine, and personal care procedures to persevere at home. Visitors are also recommended on some basic yoga and breathing exercises to use in long-term well being. Upon check-out, they will be taken to Cochin International Airport, and that will be the end of an Ayurveda Panchakarma and Yoga Tour that is highly restorative. Visitors leave with a new boost of energy, clarity of mind, and with practical means of maintaining a wholesome body.
