Discover a carefully curated journey that covers the must-see highlights and hidden gems of India. Our itinerary is designed to balance sightseeing with relaxation, giving you an authentic cultural experience while ensuring a smooth and comfortable travel schedule.

From bustling cities to serene landscapes, each day has been thoughtfully planned to provide memorable experiences, local interactions, and seamless travel across destinations.

  • Day-1 Arrival in Rishikesh and Orientation +

    The guests are picked up at Dehradun Airport or the Haridwar Railway Station and transferred to the wellness retreat in Rishikesh, which is situated in a serene natural environment. Once the check-in has been made, time will be allowed to relax in a calm mood after the trip. Afternoon, an Ayurvedic doctor who is a resident of the hotel meets the guests and thoroughly consults them, in which lifestyle evaluation, diet, and body structure (dosha) are also examined. In accordance with this analysis, an individual Panchakarma and wellness program is developed. The evening starts with a slow yoga session that aims at stretching and breath awareness to remove the fatigue of the day, travelling and a guided meditation to calm the mind and prepare the body for the healing process

  • Day-2 Yoga and Introduction of Panchakarma Detox +

    The day early in the morning with a sunrise yoga session with the Himalayan foothills in view. Following a light Ayurvedic breakfast, guests commence their treatments at Panchakarma, and these treatments may involve Abhyanga (warm oil massage), and Swedana (herbal steam therapy) in order to loosen up the toxins lodged in the tissues. The afternoon will be used to rest and allow the body to react to the process of detoxification naturally. Early in the evening, the guests tour Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula, where they get to enjoy the spiritual atmosphere at Rishikesh and then come back to the retreat to have a relaxing meditation session and a herbal tea.

  • Day-3 Yoga Nidra and Meditative Immersion +

    The third day of the yoga and Panchkarma wellness tour is for the process of detox and therapy. The morning yoga is characterized by simple twists, forward bends and pranayama that assist in internal cleansing. The treatments of Panchakarma are carried on by the doctor, and are aimed at removing the toxins that accumulate in the body and also restoring the balance of doshas. Guests can have emotional release or increased awareness, a natural process of detoxification. During the evening, attendees attend Parmarth Niketan Ashram to observe the Ganga Aarti, which is a strong spiritual ceremony that provides a state of mental peace and a sense of emotion.   • Day-4 Rejuvenation & Himalayan Nature Walk +

    On the fourth day, there is a gradual change of concentration towards detoxification to rejuvenation. The treatments of panchakarma are now mostly focused on the nourishment and relaxation of the nervous system. After lunch, the guests will be given a guided Himalayan nature walk or visit to a waterfall, either Neer Garh or Patna Waterfall, to ensure that they reconnect with nature in a not too strenuous manner. The new mountain air improves the physical and psychological state of mind. An Ayurvedic lifestyle session is held in the evening, where guests are informed about daily routines, diet, and self-care practices and then undergo a very soothing session of meditation.

  • Day-5 Emotional Healing and Conscious Exploration +

    The fifth day is devoted to emotional self-control and internal recovery. Morning yoga focuses on heart-opening poses and slow breathing to eliminate accumulated tension on the emotional side. On this day, Panchakarma treatments are relaxing and restorative in keeping the mind steady and very relaxed. In the afternoon, guests may come to a peaceful spot called Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia), which is an ancient location enclosed in forests and meditation huts, and is perfect for relaxing and meditating. Guided mindfulness meditation is given at the end of the day of the retreat so that the guests, with the help of it can process the emotional insights and also find peace within themselves.

  • Day-6 Ayurvedic Wisdom, Self-Reflection +

    The sixth day is about inculcating the physical, emotional, and mental advantages of the courses during the retreat. The morning yoga session is a combination of light movement, breaths, and meditation that helps bring balance to a person and make him or her aware. Panchakarma therapies are made less heavy, and they are aimed at boosting the immune system and equilibrium. After that, the guests visit Rishikesh markets with its products of Ayurveda, herbal medicines, and spiritual books. Later in the afternoon, there is a final consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, whereby he or she gives individualized advice regarding diet and lifestyle, and wellness activities to be performed once home.
