  • Day-1 Arrive in Paro -Transfer to Thimphu +

    Reach Paro International Airport and you will be gladly met by our representative. Your scenic route to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan will start and you will pass through beautiful mountain valleys and rivers. Hotel check-in and relaxation followed by local sightseeing. One of the most significant Buddhist stupas in Bhutan is the Memorial Choir where people come and pray daily.
    Buddha Dordenma Statue This is a massive golden Buddha statue that overlooks Thimphu valley and can provide a serene environment and a view of the Himalayas.Learn about Bhutanese handicrafts, traditional textiles and spiritual souvenirs. Spend the night in Thimphu.
     

  • Day-2 Thimphu Spiritual Sightseeing +

    Following breakfast, a whole-day spiritual and cultural tour of Thimphu.
    Tashichho Dzong is a grand fortress-monastery which accommodates the main central monastic body and administrative offices of Bhutan. One of the oldest temples in Thimphu is called Changangkha Lhakhang and is characterized by the peaceful environment and spirituality. About traditional arts, painting, wood carving and Buddhist craftsmanship in Bhutan is the National Institute of Zorig Chusum. Motithang Takin Preserve is the reserve of the national animal of Bhutan, Takin. Spend the free time in the evenings in local markets and cafes. Spend the night in Thimphu.
     

  • Day-3 Thimphu- Punakha by Dochula Pass +

    In the morning, head to Punakha by the beautiful Dochula Pass, which is amongst the most beautiful mountain passes in Bhutan with colorful prayer flags and 108 memorial chortens. Take a ride in the Himalayan mountain ranges and enjoy spectacular scenery. On arrival at Punakha visit Punakha Dzong located at both the confluence of Mo Chhu and Pho Chuu rivers, this magnificent fortress-monastery is one of the most sacred and beautiful dzongs in Bhutan. Also called the Fertility Temple, this religious monastery is linked with Lama Drukpa Kunley who is the Divine Madman. Overnight in Punakha.

  • Day-4 Bumthang to Punakha +

    The route of Punakha is through gorgeous valleys, forests, rivers and ancient villages that provide breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. On arrival, stay in the hotel and take a rest in the tranquil environment. Overnight Bumthang.

  • Day-5 Bumthang Monastery and Pilgrimage Tour +

    Following the breakfast, move on to a complete-day spiritual sightseeing trip of the Bumthang Valley. One of the oldest temples in Bhutan is the Jambay Lhakhang constructed in the 7 th century and believed to be very sacred by the Buddhist pilgrims. Kurjey Lhakhang This is a sacred monastery linked with Guru Padmasambhava and is believed to have a sacred meditation cave.
    Tamshing Monastery is a noteworthy Buddhist monastery that is characterized by the ancient religious paintings and religious heritage. Jakar Dzong The Jakar Dzong is also referred to as Dzong of the White Bird and this historic fort is situated over the beautiful valley of Bumthang. The evening will be spent in enjoying the serene spiritual environment of Bumthang. Spent the night in Bumthang.
     

  • Day-6 Bumthang to Paro -Tiger Nests Field Trip +

    The day starts with a breakfast after which, one goes back to Paro and begins the field trip to the world-renowned Tiger Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery).
    Located dramatically on a cliffside at nearly 3,120 meters above sea level, Tiger’s Nest is the most sacred pilgrimage site in Bhutan. This monastery is a highly spiritual place, as, according to legend, Guru Padmasambhava meditated here when coming on the back of a tigress. The hike will traverse pine forests, prayer flags and mountain scenic trails, which make it a tranquil and meditative experience. Experience the prayer halls, caves and temples of meditation and have panoramic views of Paro Valley. Go back to the hotel following the excursion. Overnight in Paro.
     

  • Day-7 Leave Paro +

    And then, post-breakfast, spend some leisure time in the serene Himalayan environment. Then, in the future, leave the hotel and move to Paro International Airport where you will continue your trip. Take away spiritual blessings, wonderful memories and memorable experiences of the holy land of Bhutan.

Bhutan does not need a visa for Indian citizens. But this requires a valid passport or voter ID card to enter permits.
