CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip to India; however we realize in most cases, it is out of necessity.

If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form(emails, letters). Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

All payments for travel services not provided to the passenger shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Namaskar India Tour cancellation policy:

  1.  Cancellations made no less than 60 days prior to departure will qualify for a full refund minus an administration fee of Rs500 per person.

  2.  Cancellations made between 35 to 60 days prior to departure will qualify for a 90% refund.

  3.  Cancellations made between 25 to 34 days prior to departure will qualify for a 50% refund.

  4.  Cancellations made between 16 to 24 days prior to departure will qualify for a 25% refund.

  5. Cancellations made between 15 to 0 days prior to departure will not qualify for any refund.

Please note Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by the service providers other than Namaskar India Tour (may include but are not limited to airlines, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the money refunded.

TRAVELER SUBSTITUTIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED AS CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS. WE CAN ACCOMMODATE THEM.

After the trip commences, we will be unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but are not limited to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, or admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

KINDLY NOTE –

As per Rajasthan Government Guidelines, it is mandatory for all people coming from any other State to furnish a COVID-19 negative report OR 01st Dose Vaccination Certificate on arrival in the State & Hotel.

Irrespective of the above-mentioned Cancellation & Refund Policy slabs, in case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to Covid-19 Restrictions by the Government and canceled by the company after the booking is made by us – The following two options are available:

  • The client would be provided with a Credit Note for the booking amount paid and the same can be used in between 1 year from the date of arrival in the future by the client for themselves or any of their family members, friends, or anyone else as recommended by them.

  • In case the client wants the refund – then the above cancellation policy is applicable

In above both the situation – the cancellation charges, as applicable for cancellation of services related to flight tickets/ hotel bookings/ travel services/ Guide services would also be recovered from the client.

Please note that if a booking for the following period is/is canceled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

  • Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like – Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair, etc).

  • High Peak Season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan).

  • The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited
