This 9-day Himalayan relaxing yoga programme is specially designed for those who want to relax in the tranquil environment of the mighty Himalayan region. You will visit one of the Rishikesh ashrams and enjoy the serenity that comes from practising yoga and meditation in a peaceful atmosphere.
Among the highlights of this nine-day trip will be the occupation of one of the Rishikesh ashrams (which are internationally recognised as centres of excellence for the science of yoga and the art of meditation), a visit to the capital of India and thus the evening prayers at Har-Ki-Paudi.

From bustling cities to serene landscapes, each day has been thoughtfully planned to provide memorable experiences, local interactions, and seamless travel across destinations.

  • Day-1 Arrival in Delhi +

    On your arrival at the Delhi International Airport or the railway station, our representative will receive you and take you to your hotel. The remaining day after checking in is spent at leisure to rest after traveling. You can either go and take a short stroll around or just use the hotel amenities. Delhi will be the place of stay overnight.

  • Day-2 Delhi – Haridwar +


    You will then go on a drive to one of the most sacred cities in Indian, Haridwar, which is situated in the banks of River Ganges after an early breakfast. On the first day, arrive at your hotel or yoga resort and have some rest. Later in the evening you will go to the Har Ki Pauri to watch the amazing Ganga Aarti ritual which is a very spiritual affair with a lot of chanting, lamps and rituals. Dinner and stay over in the hotel in Haridwar after the ceremony.

  • Day-3 Haridwar – Rishikesh +


    This day starts with an easy morning yoga and meditation to balance the body and mind. Following a breakfast, you will go to Rishikesh, which is the Yoga Capital of the World and located in the foothills of Himalayas. When you get there, go to your yoga retreat or hotel. The rest and relaxation period will take place in the afternoon, and the evening will be spent on an orientation process presenting the yoga program and guidelines of the retreats. Rishikesh will be the place of night stay.

  • Day-4 Rishikesh – Yoga and Spiritual Exploration +


    The day begins with an early morning yoga, pranayama and meditation session with trained trainers. It will follow the spiritual sites of Rishikesh (Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula) after the breakfast and also visit the ashrams around the city to get a feel of the spiritual ambiance of the city. You shall go to the evening Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan after lunch and some free time, after that, you will be taken to a peaceful meditation process. The dinner and stay will be in Rishikesh.

  • Day-5 Rishikesh – Yoga, Nature, and Mindfulness +


    Start the day starting with yoga and breathing exercises meant to achieve relaxation and clarity of mind. Following breakfast, take a guided nature stroll through the Ganges or over the nearby forest walks where you are able to experience the tranquil Himalayan setting. Then attend a yoga philosophy or mindfulness session. The afternoon is an open time of rest or introspection or personal practice. A guided relaxation session or yoga nidra session in the evening will enable physical and mental tension to be released. Rishikesh will be the place of stay overnight.

  • Day-6 Rishikesh – Yoga and Cultural Experience +


    The day will start with a calm yoga and meditation experience then breakfast will be served. After that, you will see the main cultural and spiritual places like Neelkanth Mahadev Temple or the Beatles Ashram (it depends on the time and personal desire). The afternoon is free in leisure, journaling or silent contemplation after coming back to lunch. You can also go to a satsang or spiritual discourse in the evening that enhances your knowledge on the philosophy of yogic. Rishikesh will be the place of an overnight stay.

  • Day-7 Rishikesh – Deep Relaxation and Wellness +


    Wake up with sunrise meditation and pranayama and take breakfast. The morning is spent on a longer yoga session that is devoted to flexibility and relaxation as well as inner balance. The afternoon after lunch is at liberty to rest or choose optional wellness therapies like Ayurvedic massage, which would be at an extra fee. This is followed by an evening chanting or silent meditation session, which enables one to relax deeply. Rishikesh will be the place to stay overnight.

  • Day-8 Rishikesh – Delhi +


    The retreat will end with a final morning yoga and meditation session and breakfast. You will then head back to Delhi. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure time, where you are allowed time to shop around or to have a relaxing time. Delhi will be the place of stick and stay overnight.

  • Day-9 Departure from Delhi +


    Once more after the breakfast, you will be put in the Delhi International Airport or railway station, as you continue on with your trip, a clear mind, refreshed energy and a better understanding of your inner self.
