  • Day-1 Arrival in Paro- Transfer to Thimphu +

    Reach Paro International Airport where you will be received by our representative. Start your scenic journey to the peaceful Bhutan capital, Thimphu, along scenic valley, river and Himalayan sceneries.Following relaxation and checking into the hotel, spend the night out on a sightseeing tour around the city.

    See: Memorial Chorten One of the most sacred Buddhist sites in Bhutan where the locals offer prayers and meditations. Buddha Dordenma Statue A magnificent golden Buddha statue that overlooks Thimphu Valley with panoramic views and serene spiritual ambience. Spend the evening in a relaxing and tranquil mood in Bhutan. Spend the night in Thimphu.
     

  • Day-2 Thimphu Wellness and Cultural Exploration +

    Start the day by a tranquil meditation or mind-fulness session in the calm Himalayan environment after breakfast. Subsequently, have a sightseeing in Thimphu. See Tashichho Dzong which is a fine fortress-monastery which contains the main monastic body and the administrative offices of Bhutan. National Institute of Zorig Chusum. Traditional arts and painting, wood carving and handicrafts, explore Bhutan. Motithang Takin Preserve is the preserve of the national animal of Bhutan, Takin. Explore Bhutanese handicrafts, textiles, spiritual objects and souvenirs. During the evening, take pleasure of the free time by visiting the cafes, health spa or strolling within the city. Overnight in Thimphu.
     

  • Day-3 Thimphu to Punakha - Scenic Valley Retreat +

    Then, have breakfast and drive towards Punakha via the picturesque Dochula Pass which is among the most beautiful mountain passes in Bhutan with many colorful prayer flags and 108 memorial chortens. Relax and have a spectacular sight of the snow-capped Himalayan mountain ranges on the way. Punakha Dzong A beautiful fortress-monastery in Bhutan at the meeting point of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chu rivers, and regarded as one of the most beautiful spiritual places in Bhutan. Chimi Lhakhang ia The Fertility Temple is also called Chimi Lhakhang; this is a serene monastery that is linked with Lama Drukpa Kunley. Spend the night in the relaxing river setting and serene valley view. Overnight at Punakha.

  • Day-4 Punakha Nature and wellness adventure +

    Spend a leisurely day in the company of the natural beauty of Punakha Valley after breakfast. Activities can be Peaceful walks along riverside, Meditation and mindfulness classes, Visiting traditional villages in Bhutan and Relaxation in Himalayan beauty. You can also take a visit to the local cafes and savor Bhutanese food and local hospitality. This day is meant to be restful and refreshing and to be in touch with nature. Spend the night in Punakha.
     

  • Day-5 Paro to Punakha Spiritual Field trip to Tiger Nest +

    In the morning, go back to Paro and then take the spiritual trip to the renowned Tiger Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery). The most sacred spiritual site in Bhutan is located dramatically on the cliffside at approximately 3,120 meters above sea level, the Tiger Nest. The journey to the monastery goes through pine forests, colorful prayer flags and scenic Himalayan trails, which gives an air of peace and meditation. Visit the holy temples, meditation caves and prayer halls of the monastery and have a panoramic view of Paro Valley. Then visit the hotel and have a rest after the excursion. Overnight in Paro.
     

  • Day-6 Leave Paro +

    Following breakfast you have some leisure time in the serene Himalayan environment. You can go for a quick stroll in Paro Valley or rest before the trip. Afterwards, leave the hotel and move to Paro International Airport where you will continue your travel. Take with you tranquil memories, spiritual and revamped health in the beautiful kingdom of Bhutan.

No, experience in previous meditation is not necessary. The tour is also beginner-friendly and all travellers who want to relax and be at peace.

The walk is fairly demanding though it is within the capacity of an averagely fit traveller. Part of the route is covered with horses.

Wear comfortable walking shoes, warm layered clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, personal medicines and reusable water bottles.

Bhutan can be best visited during spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November), when the weather is pleasant and mountain views are clear.
