Day-1 Paro Arrival - Transfer to Thimphu
You will land at Paro International Airport where you will be received by our representative. Start your scenic journey to the Bhutanese capital of Thimphu, traversing through scenic valleys, rivers and villages. Check in and relax in the hotel after which you can start visiting the city.
Trip to Memorial Chorten which is one of the most significant Buddhist places of Bhutan and the place where people go daily to pray and meditate. Buddha Dordenma Statue A massive golden statue of Buddha with a panoramic view of Thimphu Valley.Visit the local market, and learn about the Bhutanese handicrafts, textiles, paintings and souvenirs. Overnight in Thimphu.

Day-2 Thimphu Cultural Sightseeing and Monastery
Breakfast, then have a full-day sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Explore Tashichho Dzong, a stunning fortress-monastery, where the offices of the King of Bhutan and the central monastic body are located. Popularly known as the School of Traditional Arts, National Institute for Zorig Chusum is a place where students learn traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan. The Visit is the Motithang Takin Preserve, the wildlife preserve of the national animal in Bhutan, the Takin. Changangkha Lhakhang is One of the oldest temples in Thimphu that has a serene environment and a lovely valley. During the evening, relax in cafes and local markets.Spend the night in Thimphu.

Day-3 Thimphu to Punakha through Dochula Pass
The journey offers breathtaking sceneries of the snow-capped Himalayan mountain ranges. On reaching Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong situated at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chu rivers, the magnificent fortress is regarded as one of the most beautiful dzongs in Bhutan. Popularly referred to as the Fertility Temple, this holy monastery is said to be connected with Lama Drukpa Kunley, the so-called Divine Madman. Relish the tranquil river valley. Spend the night in Punakha.

Day-4 Punakha-Wangdue Phodrang-Paro
After breakfast head towards Wangdue Phodrang. Tour of Wangdue Phodrang Dzong is a historic fortress situated on a strategic position above the river valley and has spiritual and historical significance. Touring the local Bhutanese villages and enjoying traditional rural lifestyle and culture. Subsequently, transfer to Paro via beautiful Himalayan views. Arriving, check into the hotel and have a rest. Overnight in Paro.

Day-5 Tiger Nest Monastery Field Trip
Following breakfast, the spiritual tour to the most renowned pilgrimage site of Bhutan, the Tiger Nests Monastery (Taktsang Monastery) will follow. The monastery is dramatically located on a cliffside at the altitude of approximately 3,120 meters, where the views of the Paro Valley are breathtaking.
Traveling to Tiger Nest, one goes through pine forest, prayer wheels and colorful prayer flags which make the journey to Tiger Nest a peaceful and spiritual experience. The increase typically requires approximately 4-5 round trip hours based on speed. Visit the prayer halls, sacred caves and meditation chambers of the monastery enjoying that spiritual calmness.
Later, I traveled to Kyichu Lhakhang, which is one of the oldest and holiest temples in Bhutan constructed in the 7th century. Rinpung Dzong A beautiful fortress-monastery, Rinpung Dzong with its traditional Bhutanese architecture and religious importance. Go back to the hotel after sightseeing. Overnight at Paro.

Day-6 Leave Paro
Breakfast and then enjoy some time off amidst the serene Himalayan environment. Afterwards, leave the hotel and head to the Paro International Airport to continue your travel. Take home indelible memories of the monasteries of Bhutan, its beautiful valleys and spiritual Himalayan experiences.
