Day-1 Arrival in Rishikesh
Arrive at the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun and then take a car to arrive at the Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat Center that is located near the banks of Ganga in Rishikesh. Check into your cosy accommodation and take a rest after having some tea and light snacks. Explore the Ghats of Ganga and take part in the evening Ganga Aarti that will fill your mind and heart with spirituality. Explore the area around the ghats that are peaceful and calming to explore. Enjoy your dinner at a local restaurant and then return back to your hotel to explore the next day’s adventure

Day-2 Meditation and Explore Ram Jhula
Wake up early in the morning and then enjoy the sunrise and have a morning yoga session at the foothills of the Himalayas, which focuses on breath alignment and breath awareness. Enjoy your breakfast and then go for the first Panchkarma session which includes Abhyanga and herbal steam, to detoxify your mind, soul and body. After the session, have a light mindful lunch and then visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula that offer mesmerising views.

Day-3 Parmarth Niketan Deep Detox and Ganga Aarti
Yoga in the morning focuses on flexibility and soft twists to be used to aid in detoxification. Treatments of panchakarma are followed by deeper cleansing therapies that are prescribed by Ayurvedic doctors. Afternoon will be spent by the guests either relaxing or writing journals and in the evening the guests will be taken to Parmarth Niketan Ashram. In this case, the participants will observe the world-known Ganga Aarti, a spiritual ceremony with a soulful and stunning effect, which builds an emotional and meditative atmosphere. The day is concluded by a silent re-entrance into the retreat, and the spiritual energy of aarti is permitted to rest within.

Day-4 Nature Stroll and Himalayan Revitalization
The fourth day of the holistic yoga and panchkarma tour is focused on restoring contact with nature. The following morning, yoga and therapies, guests go on a Himalayan forest walk guided light, not strenuous in the areas of Neer Garh or Patna Waterfall. The mountain air and nature make the rejuvenation stage of Panchakarma even better. The retreat will spend the afternoon resting and drinking herbal teas. A wellness talk on Ayurvedic lifestyle practices in the evening assists the participants in learning about how they can bring about balance in their daily life and a relaxing meditation session comes after that.

Day-5 Visiting the Beatles Ashram and Emotional Healing
