Yoga And Meditation Trip Organized By Namaskar India Tour

India is known for Yoga since so many years and Rishikesh is the capital of Yoga in the world. Namaskar India Tour is well known travel company who invites time to time clients from Europe for practice Yoga and Meditation trip in India. We constructed a well design tour program which start from Delhi and end at Delhi. Recently we organized a tour for a famous Stephane Ayrault, life coach, follower of Shri Shri Ravi Shankar. He came with his students from France and travelled in India from 21 October till 03 November 2018 with Namaskar India Tour. They were 24 persons including Stephane and his wife Marie. Marie is an excellent Yoga teacher and she is practicing yoga since so many years, used to come once in a Year with Stephane for yoga and meditation trip in India.

We planned a tour as per Stephane request. He asked us good French speaking guide who stay with the group from first day till end of the trip, good transport, good hotels and meals vegetarians. We proposed them 2 Nights in Delhi, 4 nights in Rishikesh, 3 nights in Dharamshala and 2 nights in Amritsar. The group enjoyed their yoga, meditation and spiritual songs and sat sang including visit of the cities with their French speaking guide.

We also proposed a night train between Haridwar and Dharamshala, group enjoyed a lot, because Indian train is so different compare to their SNCF. Dharamshala, also much appreciated by the group members, they attend the prayer in Dalai Lama monastery with monks, walk around the city and all around the monastery. They also tasted local street food in Dharamshala.

Later group proceed for Amritsar and enroute they stopped for visiting an Indian Public school and they meet with the students and their teachers. Later in the evening group enjoyed the visit of The Golden temple. Next day morning again group wished to visit The Golden temple and our guide and driver took them at Temple and they enjoyed the visit along with lunch in LANGAR (restaurant for all), before lunch all the group members help to make food and served to the peoples who came for lunch. In The Golden temple at Amritsar serves three principal meals and as per record 20000 peoples take lunch and Dinner in the temple which is completely free of cost.
