  • Day-1 Day 1: Arrival in Rishikesh +

    Once you get to Rishikesh, you will be met by your retreat representative who will help you to be transferred to your wellness center. Once in, hit the sack and be in the serene atmosphere with the Himalayas and the sacred Ganga River. In the evening, take part in a brief orientation meeting, and do some light meditation.   • Day-2 Day 2: Start of Yoga and Detox +
