Bhutan Mindfulness & Himalayan Spiritual Retreat is a trip of 6 days of a tranquil journey for travellers who look for inner peace, discovery of something more impenetrable and the natural beauty of the Himalayas. This retreat is designed to visit the sacred monasteries, Buddhist temples, peaceful valleys and scenic mountain views, and it offers ample opportunity to meditate, relax, and learn about the local area and traditions. Day-1 Arrival in Paro adn Travel to Thimphu
On arrival at Paro Internationale Airport you will be warmly welcomed by your representative, and they will help you with your transfer to Thimphu, Bhutan's capital city. Take a beautiful drive in the colourful valleys, along the river and through many pine forests with the traditional villages peacefully in the middle of the Himalayas. Once you have arrived at your hotel take time to chill before walking the evening round some of the local markets in Thimphu. Venture and guess traditional handicrafts, handmade textiles and local souvenirs – while enjoying the peaceful ambience. Head back to the hotel and adapt yourself to quiet days to come. Come back into the city in the evening for an overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day-2 Thimphu Spiritual Tour
In the morning, visit the National Memorial Chorten, where the locals come to worship and meditate; then, head off for a visit to the city's eateries for breakfast. Head over to the magnificent Buddha Dordenma Statue where you can have a panoramic view of Thimphu valley and a serene background for quiet contemplation. Later, enjoy a view of the impressive Tashichho Dzong, the important monastery and administrative centre where the Bhutanese architecture and the Buddhist traditions are evident. Afternoon visit to Folk Heritage Museum and local handicraft market and take a restful afternoon in a peaceful mood in the serene environment of Thimphu.
Come back into the city in the evening for an overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day-3 Punakha from Thimphu via Dochula Pass
Then head towards Punakha passing through the scenic Dochula Pass, one of the most breathtaking passes of Bhutan. Take a break to appreciate 108 chortens, and, on clear days, behold spectacular snow capped peaks throughout the Himalayas. Then, follow along through sweetly peaceful forests and pretty villages before you reach the lovely community of Punakha. See the wonderful Punakha Dzong at the meeting point of the two rivers—the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu. More recently, visit the sacrosanct monastery, Chimi Lhakhang (Temple of Fertility) with its sleepy countryside and rice paddies. Enjoy the evening in the peaceful nature and enjoy yourself with the whole family.

Day-4 Travel from Punakha to Paro
With the dawn of breakfast, take your scenic drive back to Paro, taking in the views of the mountains, forests and river valleys all around. When arriving at your hotel, rest a bit, before heading to the historic fortify-monasterry, Paro Rinpung Dzong, one of the best fortified monasteries in Bhutan, whose architecture and spiritual value are fantastic. Pay a visit to the National Museum of Bhutan where an interesting collection of Buddhist artefacts, traditional costumes, historical things and ancient manuscripts offers a glimpse into Bhutan's rich heritage. In the evening, take a relaxing stroll through Paro town, shopping around in the small handicraft shops and taking in the tranquil ambiance of the Valley.

Day-5 Visit Tiger's Nest Monastery
Start off with one of Bhutan's most inspirational activities and do a visit to the most famous monastery of Bhutan, the Tiger's Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery), right after an early breakfast! This extraordinary monastery is perched majestically on a cliff overlooking the Paro Valley, and is one of the holiest Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayan region. Take a walk through the pine forests to see the prayer flags in all colours (prayer flags are-red/brown, white, yellow, green, blue, orange, and purple) and a peaceful mountain landscape. Take quiet time to meditate or reflect in the quiet environment, before coming back down to base. Later, head to the ancient Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest temples and enjoy an aromatic evening amidst the peaceful atmosphere of Paro Valley. Stay in Paro overnight.

Day-6 Departure
Following the breakfast, check-out from your hotel and will head towards Paro International Airport for your onward journey.
