Day-1 Arrive in Paro and transfer to Thimphu
After reaching the Paro International Airport, you will then be picked up and set off on a scenic ride to the capital city of Bhutan - Thimphu. The route goes through stunning valleys, pretty rivers along with scenic Bhutanese villages which are ideal for a breathtaking start of your trip in Bhutan.
Once in Thimphu stop at your hotel and take a well-deserved rest. Take a scenic tour around the markets of the town in the evening, and see the traditional architecture and peaceful way of life of Bhutanese. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day-2 You will explore and experience the rich cultural roots & traditions of Thimphu
Have breakfast and then embark on a sightseeing tour of Thimphu. Go on a visit to the most important religious site in Bhutan where locals go for prayers and meditation every day; the Memorial Chorten. On continue to the magnificent Buddha Dordenma Statues that overlooks the beautiful Thimphu Valley representing Peace and Prosperity. Visit the impressive fortress-monastery, Tashichho Dzong, the administrative and religious centre of Bhutan later.

Day-3 Thimphu - Punakha viaDochula Pass
Drive up to Punakha from here following the look out the wonder of Dochula pass after breakfast. The pass is a stunning sight on clear days, with views of the snow-covered mountains and the surrounding valleys. Go and see the magnificent Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful and historic fortresses in Bhutan on the arrival in Punakha. The dzong is located in the heart of two rivers, blending together the architectural influences of theстите countries and their unique significance to the spiritual life in Bhutan.
In the afternoon, walk around to Chimi Lhakhang popularly referred to as the Temple of Fertility. The scenic hike around rice paddy fields, through traditional hamlets and villages makes Bhutan's traditions and simplicity come alive. Stay at Punakha overnight.

Day-4 Traditional Village Experience and Return to Paro
In the morning after breakfast, enjoy the time exploring Punakha traditional villages. Participate in activities with local families and learn about their customs, their farming practices and their everyday life – traditions which have been passed down for several centuries and are still followed in rural Bhutan today.
The visitors will have an opportunity to see traditional Bhutanese houses, prayer flags hanging in the valleys and wonderful farmlands, which will provide a peaceful and authentic setting for the visit. Day-5 Dedicated to experiencing Paro's heritage and traditions
Following breakfast, head down to the National Museum of Bhutan to learn about the interesting history of Bhutan, get a glimpse of its traditions and also visit the artistic treasures. North to Paro Dzong, one of the most significant historic and religious centres of Bhutan, renowned for its splendid architecture.
Afterwards, go up to the temple of Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and the most sacred temples of Bhutan, to enjoy the spiritual ambience and discover its Buddhist past. Afternoon stroll around the typical streets of Paro and visit the local handicraft shops to look at Bhutanese textiles, wooden works and handmade arts and crafts.
