About This Tour
The Luxury Rajasthan Desert and Palace Experience is an epic tour through the royal history, the grand forts, the luxurious palaces and the golden deserts of Rajasthan. This is a 10 day tour that will start in Jaipur, the pink city, the city of palaces, forts and colorful markets. Next visit is the blue city or Jodhpur with its high soaring Mehrangarh Fort and its coloured streets. Get acquainted with the culture of deserts and the golden sands in Jaisalmer, do camel rides, and see medieval architecture. The trip continues to Bikaner known as the city of palaces, havelis and temples. Lastly, it is a tour that ends in Udaipur, the city of lakes, with its castle-like palaces, the peaceful lake and royal atmosphere. The tour is heritage, culture, adventure, and relaxation and hence an experience of Rajasthan that cannot be forgotten.

Day-1 Day 1: Jaipur arrival (Explore the pink City).
Upon reaching Jaipur airport/railway station, meet your representative and check in at your 5 star hotel. Once you have acclimatized yourself, visit Jaipur local market places like Bapu bazaar, Johari bazaar to purchase handicrafts, Rajasthani jewellery as well as colourful fabrics. Sample delicacies of Rajasthani cuisine such as dal baati churma, ghevar, and lassi. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day-2 Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing- Forts and palaces.
Sightseeing tour all day after breakfast. See the great Amber Fort, the City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Take some photos at the Hawa Mahal and observe the beautiful Jal Mahal. Elective evening sightseeing at the Chokhi Dhani to listen to the folk performances and a traditional Rajasthani meal. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day-3 Day 3 Jaipur to Jodhpur - Blue City Adventure.
Post-breakfast, ride to Jodhpur, the blue city. Arrive and enter your luxury hotel. Mehrangarh fort which is the largest and most magnificent of all forts in Rajasthan and visit its museums and royal rooms. Take a stroll in the blue streets of ancient Jodhpur and do some shopping of handicrafts and textiles. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day-4 Day 4: Sightseeing in Jodhpur- Palaces and Temples.
Breakfast, and then visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, which is among the largest palaces in India, nowadays a hotel and museum. Visit the beautiful marble cenotaph of Jaswant Thada. Spend a free evening in the hotel or go to local markets. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day-5 Day 5: Jodhpur Desert Gateway to Jaisalmer.
Breakfast and then take a drive to Jaisalmer with picturesque desert scenery. On arrival, get into your hotel or luxury desert camp. During the evening, take a ride using a camel in the golden sands of Sam Sand Dunes and experience a wonderful sunset. Traditional Rajasthani dinner in the camp along with folk music and dance. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day-6 Day 6: Jaisalmer Sightseeing- Forts and Havelis.
Following breakfast, visit Jaisalmer Fort which is the largest among the living forts in the world. See Patwon Ki Haveli and Salim Singh Ki Haveli, which are decorated with complicated architecture. Go on a walk at the local markets. Leisure evening, relaxing in the desert atmosphere. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day-7 Day 7: Jaisalmer to Bikaner -Palaces and Temples.
Breakfast and drive to Bikaner. Arrive and put up in your luxurious hotel. Explore Junagarh Fort, which is a magnificent fort, palaces and temples. Visit Karni Mata Temple (the rat temple) and do shopping in the local bazaar of handicraft and Rajasthani snacks. Overnight stay in Bikaner.

Day-8 Day 8: Bikaner to Udaipur- City of Lakes.
Breakfast and then drive to Udaipur, taking a picturesque tour of the countryside of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, you will check into your fancy hotel. During the evening, take a boat ride on Lake Pichola with spectacular views of City Palace, Jag Mandir, as well as on the surrounding hills. Take a walk in the beautiful streets of Udaipur and buy miniature paintings and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day-9 Day 9: Udaipur Touring -Palaces and Gardens.
Breakfast followed by a visit to City Palace, which is one of the biggest complexes of palaces in Rajasthan. Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, a royal garden that has fountains and lotus pools and Jagdish Temple, which boasts of beautiful carvings. Vacation to the Vintage Car Museum (Optional). Spend your evening at Fateh Sagar Lake, and take a rest between the picturesque landscapes. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day-10 Day 10: Departure from Udaipur
Upon breakfast, you will be taken to Udaipur airport/railway station via your own transfer to the next destination. Travel with some memories of India royal heritage, palaces, deserts, lakes, and forts of Rajasthan.
