Best Time to Visit Somnath

The cooler and comfortable weather from October to March is the best time to visit Somnath for temple visiting, sightseeing and exploring the Coastal areas. The visit to Somnath Temple and nearby pilgrimage sites is really pleasant in the month of winter.
It can be hot in the summer months (April-June), particularly in the afternoon, so it's better to come out in the early morning or late evening. During the monsoons (July to September), the rain brings greener surroundings and rain is possible, and sea conditions can be a factor affecting coastal activities.
