Auden’s Col may be a little known pass that lies on the connecting ridge of Jogin I (6465 m) and Gangotri III (6580 m) at a height of around 5400m. It also connects the pilgrim centres of Gangotri and Kedarnath. it’s named after J B Auden, a British Geographical Survey officer, who has first discovered this passage connecting Bhilangana Valley and Rudragaira Peak back in 1939. Auden’s Col trek start from Gangotri Valley and ends at Kedar Valley. it’s one among the challenging treks that mountaineers like to attempt while planning their adventure holidays.

  • Day-1 Delhi to Haridwar to Rishikesh +

    Early within the morning, transfer to the Delhi railroad station and board the AC train for Haridwar at 06:50 hours. After your arrival at Haridwar, our representative will receive and assist you to Rishikesh and assist you to see into the hotel. remainder of the evening is free which you’ll spend on leisure activities and visit the local attractions of the town . we’ll stay during a hotel for overnight.

  • Day-2 Rishikesh to Uttarkashi (195 kilometres/ 5 to6 hours) +

    After having a wholesome breakfast, we’ll leave for Uttarkashi (1150 meters). Along the way of this 7 to eight hours drive, we’ll undergo the narrow streams of the Ganga Valley and afterwards along the Bhagirathi river valley. Upon your arrival at Uttarkashi, you sign up to the hotel. After relaxing for a short time you’ll travel around and explore the main attractions of the town . we’ll stay overnight within the hotel in Uttarkashi.

  • Day-3 Uttarkashi to Gangotri (95 kilometres/4 to five hours) +

    After wholesome breakfast, we’ll head towards Gangotri. During the journey, we’ll undergo Harsil, home to the famous Apple orchards trailed by Bhairon Ghati, the course of the Bhairav Ganga River on which a there’s a steel girder overpass overlooking a captivating deep gorge. it’ll take about 4 to five hours drive to succeed in Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri, you’ll check the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Day-4 Gangotri (Rest day for Acclimatization) +

    After having wholesome breakfast, we’ll head out and explore the sacred town of Gangotri. we’ll the visit the Panadv Caves where you’ll explore the traditional Indian epic, Mahabharata. Post lunch we’ll again began for visiting several famous Ashrams located within the city, where you’ll closely experience the Hindu culture. Later within the evening, join the Aarti of the holy Ganga River. Arrangements made for dinner and overnight stay within the hotel.

  • Day-5 Gangotri to Nala Camp (8 kilometres trek) +

    On today , the walking trail begins from the left side of the valley and ascends towards the Nala Camp. The trail goes through the Pine and Birch forest and shortly reaches the pictorial spot from where you’ll have a see the spectacular views of the Jogin and Kedartal range. we’ll stay here for overnight in tents beside Rudragaira River.

  • Day-6 Nala Camp to Rudragaira Base Camp (7 kilometres trek) +

    After the having the breakfast, we’ll trek to a ridge followed by a stream. Upon your arrival at the bottom camp located at Rudragaira, get some rest and relax within the tents.

  • Day-7 Rudragaira Base Camp (Rest day) +

    As the climate and atmosphere during this region is certainly altered, it’s better for the trekkers to require some rest and acclimatise for each day . If the trekkers aren’t exhausted and are able to continue the hike, then they will get engaged within the trail that heads towards to the spectacular Rudragaira Peak. we’ll stay overnight within the tent.

  • Day-8 Rudragaira Base Camp to Base Camp Gangotri Group (6 kilometres) +

    Today, the trek are going to be quite challenging and it’s going to gradually become tougher sometimes . After we, reach the campsite, you’ll see the picturesque views of the fabulous Gangotri I, II & III peaks. we’ll stay overnight within the tent.

  • Day-9 Base Camp Gangotri Group to Auden Col Base Camp (6 kilometres) +

    Today is that the most demanding and challenging day of the trek and one got to maintain their energy state strong. On the trail towards the Auden Col base camp you the pathway is filled with the moraine. we’ll stay overnight within the tent.

  • Day-10 Auden Col base camp to Khatling Glacier (12 kilometres) +

    Today, we’ll start the trail early within the morning. The hike involves technical aspects on this a part of the trail on the glacier which can continue till one reach the pass. it’ll take about 4 to five hours to cross about 5 kilometres distance trek. A rope is fixed on either side to cross the pass safely.   • Day-11 Khatling Glacier to Zero Point/ Waterfall Camp (12 kilometres) +

  • Day-12 Waterfall Camp/ zero to Chowki (8 kilometres) +

    Today we’ll trek for about 3 kilometers along the river side and reach an in depth meadow. Afterwards, we’ll trek for an additional 4 kilometers which will take you Chowki a verdant and delightful spot ultimate for camping. we’ll stay overnight within the tent.

  • Day-13 Chowki to Masar Tal (8 kilometres) +

    On today trek may be a switchback journey that heads towards a ridge located during a scenic valley. The trail is definite with astonishing natural surroundings on the way . The trail then heads towards the Masar Tal. After your arrival at the Masar Tal transfer to the campsite that’s located nearby the captivating lake. we’ll stay overnight within the tent.

  • Day-14 Masar Tal to Vasuki Tal (12 kilometres) +

    On today of the trek, we’ll climb for about 3 kilometers to succeed in the ridge. The thoroughfare further leads with ascends and descends and eventually head toward the striking, pristine lake, Vasukital. we’ll stay within the tents found out near the lake for the night.

  • Day-15 Vasuki Tal to Kedarnath (5 kilometres) +

  • Day-16 Kedarnath to Gaurikund (14 kilometres) to Rudraprayag +

    Wake up within the early morning as today we’ll be trekking towards a well laid 6 feet wide within the direction of the Gaurikund (14 kilometers). we’ll move forward to succeed in the village of Rambara where the makeshift restaurant serves the food to the pilgrims. Further on the trail, we’ll move downwards and that we will reach Gaurikund. Here you’ll board the pre-booked which can take about 4 hours to succeed in our next destination Rudraprayag. Rudraprayag may be a prominent religious destination that’s located at the confluence of the river and river Mandakini and Alaknanda. we’ll stay overnight during a hotel at Rudraprayag.

  • Day-17 Rudraprayag to Rishikesh +

    After having wholesome breakfast, we’ll drive towards Rishikesh. On the thanks to Rishikesh, we’ll undergo another confluence, Devprayag where River Bhagirathi and River Alakananda meet one another . After reaching Rishikesh, check the hotel and later after having some rest you’ll travel round the city to explore magnificent places, visit various historical temples and ashrams of the town . within the late evening witness and be a neighborhood of Ganga aarti that’s persisted the Triveni Ghat.   • Day-18 Rishikesh to Delhi +

    On this Judgment Day of the trek, after having breakfast early within the morning we’ll repel to Delhi.
