An interesting tribal destination in the south of India is that the Nilgiris that’s home to the Toda people. Situated on rolling hills of green are small half-barrel shaped huts with low entrances, so low that for an outsider it seems like you’ve got to crawl to urge inside. These are the normal huts of the Toda people and are called Dogles. They’re veggie lovers and love the consecrated bison, all milk obtaining exercises are viewed as holy, and choosing the dairyman, who will be responsible for such exercises without anyone else, is a conventional custom. The tribes are popular for his or her embroidery work, the creations of shawls in interesting patterns and contrasting colors of black, yellow, white, and red threads are used for clothing. The region of the Toda community is now a part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO site.
