Day-1 Arrival in Wayanad
On reaching Wayanad, the visitors are transported to a classic Ayurvedic health resort wherein there is a lot of greenery and hills. The initial day is quite deliberately never rushed and the body and mind get gradually acclimatized to the calm atmosphere. Once the guests have checked in, they will be greeted with a refreshing herbal drink and a short orientation program telling them about the philosophy of Ayurveda and the daily rhythm of the retreat.
A brief consultation with an Ayurvedic physician is done to know the health issues, body type (dosha) and wellness targets. The remaining time of the day will be spent at leisure, guests can relax in their cottages, admire the forest around them, or go on a leisurely walk in the territory of the retreat. The Ayurvedic dinner at the end of the evening is then a soothing breathing session before a warm Ayurvedic dinner to prepare the journey towards healing.

Day-2 Experience Panchakarma Therapy and Yoga
