Mumbai City Formerly known as Bombay, the name of the city is derived from the Hindu Goddess Mumbadevi.Its rich history can be experienced through its architecture and the relics of the past. Mumbai (Bombay) lies on the western coast of India. It is a group of seven islands in the Arabian Sea which lies off the northern Konkan coast on the west of Maharashtra state in India. These seven islands which were once separated by creeks and channels were filled and bridged over the years by the inhabitants. Mumbai is the financial capital and the most populous city in India. It is the capital of the state of Maharashtra and home to 20 million people.

Itinerary:

Day 1 Delhi (Arrival)

Once you arrive at Delhi airport in late evening, you will get an assisted transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Delhi

In the Morning after having breakfast, leave for sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Today visits are going to include Diplomat Enclave, President’s House, India Gate, and Qutub Minar. Return to your hotel for dinner and Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Delhi – Mandawa (241 km/5 h 58)

In the Morning after having breakfast, drive towards Mandawa. Today you will stay in ancient village Mandawa. This village is situated in Sekhawati region of Rajasthan and famous for frescoed paintings. Later we will visit some of the excellent havelis. Stay overnight at a heritage hotel.

Day 4 Mandawa – Bikaner (201 km/3 h 57)

In the Morning after having breakfast, you will proceed towards Bikaner. This city is known for camels and a imposing fort located in the center of city. This is the only fort in India which is located on a landscape (mostly are on hills). Later in the day you will be taken for a visit to this magnificent fort & then to the famous rat temple. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 5 Bikaner – Jaisalmer (340 km/6 h 10)

In the Morning after having breakfast, proceed towards Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is also known as Golden city of Rajasthan. On the way you will stop for visiting a few local villages and also the famous Pokaran fort. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 6 Jaisalmer

In the Morning after having breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. During the sightseeing tour, we will visit the second oldest fort of the Rajasthan. This is a fairytale like fort which seems like emerging from the sand. Also visit Jain temples and as well as you will visit the old part of Jaisalmer. In the evening we will take you to the sam sand dunes for an evening camel ride. If interested, you may also watch the traditional dance of Rajasthan. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 7 Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (297 km/5 h 35)

In the Morning after having breakfast, drive to Sun City – Jodhpur. Afternoon visit to the beautiful fort of Rajasthan – Mehrangarh Fort, also visit Jaswant Thada. Evening can walk in the old & traditional bazaars of Jodhpur. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 8 Jodhpur – Pushkar (197 km/4 h 19)

In the Morning after having breakfast, you’ll drive to India’s holy town – Pushkar. It’s known for an unbelievable camel fair which is held every year in October and November. Later, you’ll visit the Brahma temple and walk around the sacred lake. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 9 Pushkar – Jaipur (155 km/3 h 04)

In the Morning after having breakfast, drive to Pink city- Jaipur. At evening visit old quarters of the city. Stay overnight in Jaipur.

Day 10 Jaipur

In the Morning after having breakfast, take a guided tour of Amber Fort. Set in a picturesque location, Amber is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has some very interesting apartments. Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and Temple of Kali are some of the prominent areas of interest. You will be provided the Elephants to ascend the fort to visit the complex.
Enjoy a tour of Jaipur city which was built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer 260 years ago. Visit the Maharaja’s City Palace (apart of which is the home of the erstwhile royal family), the Observatory, Ram Niwas Gardens, Hawa Mahal or the Palace of winds built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh and drive past the old part of Jaipur city. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 11 Jaipur –Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (250 km/4 h 57)

In the Morning after having breakfast, drive to abandoned citadel of Mughal emperor Akbar known as Fatehpur Sikri. Later drive towards Agra & check in at your hotel. Later visit Agra fort. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 12 Agra –Delhi (230 km/4 h 30) – Mumbai (By Flight)

In the early Morning, visit wonderful monument of love Tajmahal. Later leave for Delhi International Airport to board flight for Mumbai. Once you arrive at Mumbai airport in late night, you will get an assisted transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 13 Mumbai

In the Morning after having breakfast Proceed for sightseeing. Mumbai is famous for Indian cinema ‘Bollywood’. You will visit the Hanging Gardens, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani bhawan (Gandhi house), fisherman town, washer man town, Victoria terminal and Marine Drive. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 14 Mumbai

In the Morning after having breakfast, Visit Mumbai city and evening free for visit India Gate. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 15 Mumbai – Goa (by flight)

In the Morning after having breakfast, leave for Mumbai International Airport to board flight for Goa. Once you arrive at Goa airport, you will get an assisted transfer to your hotel. Evening is at your discretion to relax on the beaches.Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 16 Goa
