Booking of Tours:
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 30% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 30% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued.

As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.

Balance 70% of the tour price can be paid by you 30 days before your arrival in India.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

** During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance.

Amendment to a Booked Tour
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour
we would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip to India; however we realize in most cases, it is out of necessity.

If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form(mails, letters). Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.The following cancellation charges will apply: –

  1. 1. Cancellations made no less than 60 days prior to departure will qualify for a full refund minus an administration fee of Rs500 per person.
  2. Cancellations made between 46 to 60 days prior to departure will qualify for a 90% refund.
  3. Cancellations made between 36 to 45 days prior to departure will qualify for a 30% refund.
  4. Cancellations made between 35 to 31 days prior to departure will qualify for a 10% refund.
  5. Cancellations made between 30 to 0 days prior to departure will not qualify for any refund.

Please note: Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by the service providers other than Namaskar India Tour (may include but not limit to airlines, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the money refunded.

Traveler substitutions are not considered as cancellations of reservations. We can accomodate them.

After the trip commence, we will be unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but not limit to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Cancellation of Flight Tickets: Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Online Payments via Gateway

Payment through “Bank Transfer”
Payments can be made through direct Bank remittances to our Bankers. Details of our Bank accounts will be provided by our Sales representatives.
