Often mentioned as Tadkeshwara Temple by locals, Bindrabin Temple is one among the foremost visited spots near Silvassa. Situated right opposite Tribal Museum, the Church of Our Lady of Piety is one among the oldest churches within the region. Built by the Portuguese within the latter a part of the 18th century, the church is noted for its imposing Gothic and bears a stark resemblance to Barcelona’s Sagrada familia, which was designed by renowned architect Antoni Gaudi. The structure has grey exteriors built with stone and stands as a testament to the rich colonial past of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. the most Altar of the church is actually magnificent and its wooden pews also are impressive. one among the walls of the church is decorated with a mural of the famous Last Supper , which may be a great work of art. Fishing equipment has also been placed on display at the museum. The museum remains open from 9 am to five pm everyday.
